1. How can I earn rewards?

To earn rewards:  

- Refer five new customers who each make a purchase of ₹5,000 or more (exclusive of tax).  

- Each referral will form part of your "downline."  

- Assist your referrals in completing their first level.

2. What are the reward levels and payouts?

- *Level 1:* Refer 5 customers (1 per leg) → ₹5,000 reward.  

- *Level 2:* Assist your 5 referrals in making 5 referrals each → ₹10,000 reward.  

- *Level 3:* Your referrals must each have 25 members in their legs → ₹20,000 reward.  

- *Level 4:* Each leg grows to 125 members → ₹30,000 reward.  

- *Level 5:* Each leg grows to 625 members → ₹40,000 reward.  

3. Is there a membership or joining fee?

No, there is no separate joining fee. The only requirement is a purchase of ₹5,000 or more (exclusive of tax) to start participating in the program.

4. What can I do with the user dashboard?

The user dashboard allows you to:  

- Track your referrals.  

- Monitor your level progress and rewards.  

- Withdraw your earned rewards.

5. How can I track my referral progress?

Your dashboard will display the details of your referrals, their purchases, and your leg counts at each level.

6. What is this referral program about?

Our referral program is a rewarding system where customers earn rewards by referring others to purchase products from us. The program is structured in head count based levels, and rewards increase as you and your referrals grow within the system.

7. How do I join the referral program?

To join, you need to purchase products worth ₹5,000 or more (exclusive of tax). Upon purchase, you will receive rewards through E-wallet. Use login ID to access your user dashboard.

8. What happens after Level 5?

After completing Level 5, your ID will be deleted, and rewards will stop. If you wish to rejoin, you can start again with a new purchase.

9. What happens if someone in my downline doesn't progress?

- If a person fails to complete their first level or assist their referrals to complete their first level, it will only impact their progress.  

- If you and the members above or below them fulfill the conditions, you will still receive all rewards up to Level 5 without fail.  

10. How do I withdraw my rewards?

Rewards can be withdrawn directly from your dashboard to your bank account. Withdrawals are processed weekly basis as per the company’s terms.

11. Do I have to assist my referrals?

Yes, assisting your referrals in achieving their first level is crucial. This ensures their success and your progression to higher levels.

12. What is a "leg count"?

The leg count refers to the number of referrals under each leg in your matrix structure. There are 5 legs, and growth is counted cumulatively across levels. For example:  

- Level 1 requires 1 referral per leg.  

- Level 2 requires 5 referrals per leg (total 25 across all legs).  

13. What happens if a referral doesn’t meet their target?

If a referral doesn’t meet their target, it will only delay their rewards. However, it will not stop others in the structure from progressing and earning rewards.

14. Is rejoining mandatory after completing Level 5?

No, rejoining is optional. The company will never force you to rejoin.

15. Are there any penalties for inactivity?

No, there are no penalties. However, inactivity might affect your progression in the program.

16. Can I refer more than 5 people?

No, Only 5 referrals are counted directly in your individual matrix. Additional referrals cannot be placed.
