1. General Information
Welcome to the Yuk Fashion Club e-commerce platform. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases or participating in our referral program.
2. Minimum Purchase Requirement
- A minimum purchase of ₹5000 (exclusive of tax) is required to be eligible to join our referral program.
- Purchases below ₹5000 (exclusive of tax) are not eligible for user ID generation or participation in the rewards system.
- Customers are required to pay the applicable taxes over and above the ₹5000 minimum purchase amount.
3. User ID and Referral Program
- Upon completing a purchase of ₹5000 or more (exclusive of tax), customers will receive a unique user ID, enabling them to join the referral program.
- Each user ID can refer up to five individuals.
- Referred individuals must also make a purchase of ₹5000 or more (exclusive of tax) to qualify for the referral program.
4. Rewards System
- Rewards are earned based on the performance of the referrals within an individual's matrix structure.
- The level of rewards is determined by the head count in each leg of the referral structure.
- Rewards are distributed up to five levels of referrals. Once a customer earns rewards for their 5th level, their earnings will stop.
- If a customer wishes to continue earning rewards after the 5th level, they must start the process anew by making a new purchase of ₹5000 or more (exclusive of tax).
5. Wallet and Reward Redemption
- Rewards earned through the referral program will be stored in the user’s wallet.
- The withdrawal amount will be paid after deducting TDS from the rewards.
- Rewards can be transferred to the customer’s bank account on a weekly basis, following the deduction of applicable TDS.
- Customers must provide all required and accurate information for the transfer process. Failure to provide the necessary information may delay or prevent reward redemption.
6. Voluntary Participation
- Participation in the referral program is entirely voluntary. Customers are not obligated to make additional purchases or refer others unless they choose to do so.
- Customers who wish to restart the referral program after completing five levels must do so of their own accord.
7. Transparency and Guidance
- The level income process and detailed instructions for the referral program are provided in the “How It Works” section on our website.
- Customers are encouraged to review this section for complete clarity on how the system operates.
8. Purchase Methods
- Customers can make purchases either by directly visiting our office or through our website.
- For purchases made through the website, only the product cost will be collected. Delivery charges will be payable by the customer at the time of delivery. Courier details will be provided in advance.
9. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our website or at our office.
- Only a replacement is available under specific terms and conditions. Customers must review the Replacement Policy section on our website for detailed information.
10. Replacement Policy
- Customers who receive a damaged product can apply for a replacement under the following conditions:
- The damage must have occurred during transit or due to a fault from our side.
- If the customer damages or dirties the product after receipt, they will not be eligible for a replacement.
- To verify that the damage was caused by the company, customers are required to provide a video of the unpacking process, showing the condition of the product as it is removed from the packaging.

11. Limitation of Liability
- The company is not liable for any losses incurred due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
- The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
12. Privacy and Data Usage
- All customer information collected for purchases and reward redemption will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
- Data provided will only be used for processing purchases and facilitating the referral and reward program.
13. Malpractice and User ID Inactivation
- In case of any malpractice, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms by a user, the company reserves the right to deactivate the user ID without prior notice.
- Users who make false promises or spread rumors will also have their user ID marked as inactive, and they will be disqualified from receiving any rewards.
- Users found to be involved in such activities will be immediately removed from the referral program, and any rewards or benefits earned may be forfeited.
14. Amendments to Terms
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the company. Updates will be posted on our website, and customers are encouraged to review them regularly.
